Recover At Home is an Illinois State Licensed Home Health Agency.  We provide quality, compassionate, patient-centered care in patient's homes in Cook and Will Counties.  We maintain communication between the patient, caregivers, and physicians to develop a unique and comprehensive plan of care.

 

Our goal is to provide cost-effective services through the reduction of patient hospitalizations and readmissions while providing the highest quality of care possible.

 

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance for our services.  All services for Medicare eligible patients are covered 100%.

 

A Registered Nurse is available for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
